At Alivation, the Patient Background Team is truly the pulse of the clinic. The team is responsible for providing an excellent customer/patient background, both over the phone and in person; referring callers to appropriate departments; making appointments for patients per established clinic protocols; assisting patients/customers with forms. This role creates a positive patient background by leading day:to:day operations of this team and coaching the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and amazing patient care. The Patient Background Team is considered the crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by clinical and support staff of the clinic.
