Responsibilities Processes, prepares and submits warranty claims to manufacturer and/or distributor on a timely basis. Follows up and resolves claim rejections on a timely basis to ensure prompt payment. Maintains knowledgeable and up:to:date on all applicable brand warranty policy details to ensure warranty claims are correctly submitted right the 1st time. Ensures all relevant paperwork is available to ensure proper documentation of claims submitted. Assist with the booking of repair orders on a rotating basis to cover the in:store bookers absence. Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
