Senior Principal Architect : Sensor Fusion - (Novi, MI)
Requisition Id : Summary: This position is within HARMAN's Connected Car Division and is located in Novi, USA. The focus of this position is to strengthen the In:House Perception SW development for Radar and Lidar technologies. The key responsibility is to architect the development of Multi:sensor fusion based perception for environment modelling. Function as Radar and Lidar technology interface to Harman's internal customers of all ADAS/AD systems for SAE Level 0:5 feature development. The ideal candidate will have background in developing multi:sensor fusion solutions along with expert knowledge of automotive Radar and Lidar with focus on efficient Radar Signal Processing / Lidar Point Cloud Processing. Work will include interfacing with globally distributed teams with diverse backgrounds and ability. Position duties: :Architecting, Designing and Developing Sensor fusion algorithms to extract rich semantic info from multiple car sensor modalities such as Camera, Radar and Lidar
