Architect Project Manager - (Palmyra, PA)

Position description A well:established architectural firm located near Palmyra, PA is seeking a Project Manager/Architect to join their team. This person will execute projects from concept through construction documentation with little supervision. Projects range from cosmetic improvements and ADA compliant remodels, tenant fit:out to stand alone buildings of all scales and sizes. Position assignments: :Assignments include survey existing site and building conditions /concept, schematic, design development and construction documentation / specifications / punch lists. :Design / detailing / documentation capabilities :Able to manage / mentor graduate staff :Able to coordinate civil and MPE engineering consultants and other disciplines Job responsibilities: :Min of 5:ten years background in professional architectural firm. :Bachelors Degree in Architecture. :Thorough knowledge of IBC, ADA and life safety qualifications and the expertise to navigate local city / municipality qualifications
