Develop, design, and implement an innovative approach to leadership and management development to ensure the Credit Union is best positioned to attain its strategy and the heart of Lake Trust is reinforced through all solutions. Assesses organizational capabilities and applies knowledge of adult learning instructional design and performance consulting methodologies, evaluation approaches and delivery of performance improvement interventions applicable to the appropriate audiences. Consults, strategizes with, and influences business leaders and partners to utilize or develop a variety of unique and specialized instructional strategies that improve performance and effectiveness.
