SCOPE The Senior Project Manager's primary purpose is to manage Product Development projects from kickoff through launch. Customer-specific program management will also be part. The role supports and drives growth by ensuring his or her assigned projects are delivered to our "3-ONs": on-time, on-spec and on-budget. The ideal Project Manager leads through influence at all levels of the organization and develops rapport and respect with external customers. He or she works through ambiguity, competing priorities and is an exceptional problem solver in addition to exhibiting detail-orientation.
