Assistant Manager Mortgage Operations - (San Luis Obispo, CA)

Responsible for ensuring overall effective mortgage processing and servicing functions. Develop, oversee and supervise the work-flow processes to achieve max productivity, assure smooth and efficient processing and servicing functions, and ensure legal compliance in all areas. Monitor existing programs and make recommendations for changes as needed. Supervise, monitor, plan, direct and evaluate the work of mortgage processing and mortgage servicing personnel. Ensure that services are delivered professionally and efficiently, and members' problems are resolved promptly. Develop and maintain investor relations; Ensure investor loans are processed, funded, and delivered according to committed delivery dates.
