Deli Manager This position is a managerial and administrative job and requires organizational and supervisory skills. You will spend most of your time at a desk, ensuring that the deli department meets our organizational goals; this includes data and financial analysis, recipe costing and developing systems to ensure the departments success. A working expertise of production kitchens will come in handy if you need to step in to assist the kitchen staff, but this is not a cooking job.
