Scheduling Manager - (Orlando, FL)

Education and Training : A High-school diploma or GED equivalent is required. An equivalent combination of education and background may be substituted at the discretion of the President/CEO. B. Background: A min of one year background in call center environment or related position is required. In addition, multi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills are required. C. Certificates and Licenses Required : No certifications or licenses are required. D. Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of customer service standards. Knowledge of best practices regarding call center duties.
