Team Lead/Floating Scheduler Position summary The Scheduling Team Lead/Float Scheduler will be responsible to assist the scheduling team in the region or area of most need and when a fellow scheduling manager is out of the office for any reason. This position will report to the Corporate Scheduling Supervisor as per the company organization charge. This person will establish job expectation and performance measures. The Scheduling Team Lead/Float has a broad array of responsibilities, and requires great great attention to detail, a level of organization skills and high standards in regards to phone presence and communication, along with the expertise to work in a quick paced environment. This position mandates the individual to be flexible and able to work with different regions/clients/caregivers/care coordinators (CCs) and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) on a routine basis.
