Perform a variety of maintenance service functions necessary for the upkeep of the company facilities, machinery, fixtures, tools, including general maintenance and repairs to the buildings. Qualifications; * Perform general facility maintenance repairs * Basic electrical and plumbing * Forklift operation background * Repair air tools * Welding background * Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and vehicles * Have technical skills and knowledge * Place orders for supplies/parts * Schedule major repairs with outside vendors, and monitor repairs * Must possess a valid driver license and maintain a good driving history The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities, and lifting a min of 50 pounds. assisted or unassisted.
