Training Manager - (Rohnert Park, CA)

Position overview About the Job: The Training Manager will manage, develop and administer the current training programs which consists of approx twenty students and ten internal Instructors. The person will assess training and development needs for the business, help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, create training manuals, present in:person training sessions, and monitor current training practices for effectiveness. Job Information: :Refine the current Instructor training program for improved effectiveness :Manage the entire training staff and program which will also include training logistics: location, food, and lodging. :Determines training needs and requirements by meeting with managers, talking with current Instructors. :Implement training programs that may include web:based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more :Reviews existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance
