Parts Clerk - (San Diego, CA)

The primary focus of the Parts Clerk Coordinator is to assist with the increase in daily parts transactions, including receiving, transferring and pulling Xerox equipment stock. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of equipment pulled for deliveries as well as the remaining stock in the warehouse. Work is performed under the general direction of Inventory Manager. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES : Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Communicates with and assists technicians to pull parts needed for orders from shelves. Performs inventory transfers daily. Verifies quantities of inbound replenishment shipments in a timely manner and reports discrepancies to manager. Pulls technician car restock from shelves based on reports generated by Lead Parts Clerk. Establishes and maintains bin locations for parts to ensure accurate product placement and retrieval. Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture.
