Employee Benefits Attorney - (Indianapolis, IN)

Krieg DeVault LLP, a mid-sized, well-established, full-service law firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to join its Employee Benefits Group in the downtown Indianapolis office. The successful applicant will work with and learn from experienced professionals in a national employee benefits practice offering sophisticated and challenging work with diverse clients. Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 years' background handling a variety of retirement and welfare plan matters, including issues arising under ERISA, the ACA, and the Internal Revenue Code. Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication abilities and a superior law school record are required. Must be a member of the Indiana Bar or be willing to become one.
