Loan Operations Representative - (Honesdale, PA)

Duties : Responsible for answering telephone inquiries, including rotating Saturday hours, and responds or directs calls to the appropriate service partners in a timely manner. Provides seamless service for any customer request in accordance with established bank standards. For new and existing loans, performs various assigned tasks related to loan account maintenance and document retention. Responsible for preparing new loan documentation in coordination with lending personnel. Performs assigned tasks for daily servicing of loans, including escrow and paid loan processing. Performs various clerical processing, including distribution of customer correspondence and processing loan payments; prepares items for mailing; circulates internal documentation, and other duties as assigned.
