Service Manager - Property Maintenance - (Tooele, UT)

Peak Living LLC is currently seeking qualified Service Managers to join our team! Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Service Manager maintains the property in a high quality condition, provides excellent customer service, maintain required records/logs, supervises preparation of move-ins and operates within approved budget. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Knowledge / Skills / Expertise Hands-on working understanding of typical apartment maintenance tasks is required. Must possess leadership skills and expertise to deal effectively with customers. Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC/EPA certified within 90 days of employment. Attend any required Peak Living maintenance trainings. Preferred Education and Background
