Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), FT or PT - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Stoney Point Meadows is seeking a Part time and a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in our new senior community, which is under construction in the premier west side of Cedar Rapids. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to our residents to help them experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. There are both Part time and Full-Time positions available. These roles will alternate weekend coverage. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities: Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
