Responsibilities: • Build and manage a Real Estate Valuation team responsible for providing Comparative Market Analysis (CMA’s) for a national investor • Manage Real Estate Acquisition Managers to ensure all day to day business is performed in an accurate and timely fashion • Prepare reports to share with senior leadership on the productivity of the Valuations team • Responsible for creating and maintaining systems to increase team productivity and efficiency • Interact with Executives on all aspects of the business • Study the DFW Real Estate market to understand trends and best practices to implement • Responsible for providing reports and metrics to management and clients daily • Achieve daily and monthly goals set by management • Track and report daily progress
