Responsibilities: • Create Comparative Market Analysis (CMA’s) for a national residential real estate investor • Study DFW Real Estate market to understand trends and best practices • Research historical info on subject properties • Analyze comparable homes to ensure updates and conditions are similar to subject property • Work with deadlines and provide timely reviewed value opinions • Analyze and evaluate a subject property in a specific area and its impact on that immediate market • Digital filing of CMA’s • Work autonomously as well as collaborate as a team member • Achieve daily and monthly goals set by management Requirements: • Texas Real Estate License a plus but not required • Appraisal or BPO background a plus • Strong analytical abilities • Expertise to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and
