BLUESTONE PROPERTIES is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 208 unit property in Tuscaloosa, AL at Inverness Apartments. Our ideal consultant has strong sales and marketing skills, excellent writing and spoken communication abilities, and confident in customer relations. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Leasing Consultants are tasked with effectively marketing the property and maintaining high occupancy of qualified residents. They are the 1st impression of the property and must present a high-level of professionalism. Required to respond to all candidates and residents in a courteous and prompt manner regarding leasing, marketing and resident relations.
