Property Manager and Maintenance Technician - (Omaha, NE)

Position details We are currently looking for a professional and responsible couple or individual to fill the role of Property Manager/Maintenance Technician. The individual or team will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations of the community located in the Midtown Omaha area and live on:site. Looking for a self:motivated individual or team capable of overseeing and maintaining the property, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and securing premises. Property Manager Responsibilities and Duties: :Advertise units and negotiate lease terms :Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, enforcing community policies :Leasing apartments; screening prospective residents, approve applications, sign leases and schedule move:ins :Record and track maintenance repairs :Collect rents, make bank deposits, generate delinquent rent notifications and oversee evictions as necessary :Move:in and move:out inspections and schedule repairs
