Responsibilities: • Primary listing agent for national investor • Oversee and manage work of Listing Agent • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth closing of team's listing transactions • Create Comparative Market Analysis (CMA’s) for a national residential real estate investor and manage team's CMA's for accuracy and consistency • Study DFW Real Estate market to understand trends and best practices to implement in efforts to reach set goals • Analyze comparable homes to ensure updates and conditions are similar to subject property • Work with deadlines and provide timely reviewed value opinions • Operate independently as well as collaborate as a team member and supervise the Listing team in all facets • Achieve daily and monthly goals set by management Requirements: • Texas Real Estate License req
