Staff Accountant - (Northbrook, IL)

Title: Staff Accountant Reports to: Director of Finance/Controller POSITION SUMMARY The Staff Accountant supports the operations of Autism Home Support Services (AHSS) by performing activities involved in financial management and execution of the company. This position works closely with the Operations Director, the Director of Insurance & Billing and, as needed, interfaces with other staff members and clients to drive revenue and manage expense for the company. S/he performs strategic projects as available to drive growth in an entrepreneurial and high energy environment while also performing day-to-day tasks as necessary. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to financial inquiries from clients and staff members Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) Variance Analysis of P&L for Month End Preparation of Borrowing Base, A/R Aging Analysis, and Monthly Headcount.
