We are a small team with a big job to do! A growing info technology consultancy is looking for a multi-tasking, multi-talented individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. Great accounting keeps our business running smoothly and responsibly. We are looking for a team member with great communication expertise and problem-solving skills. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our entire organization to support the initiatives of the accounting team. The General Accounting Clerk is responsible for coordinating and supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and other accounting functions. The qualified applicant must be willing to support the initiatives of the Accounting Team and other duties as assigned. Essential duties and assignments include the following, other duties may be assigned. Assignments include reconciling accounts, inputting data, and the month end process. Assist with preparation for monthly statements and assisting Accounting Coordinator as needed.
