AutoCad Drafter/Store Planner - (Marietta, GA)

The role of the AutoCad Drafter/Store Planner is to develop and/or update store space plans used to purchase, bid, and execute retail Store Projects. A Store Project includes new stores, remodels and expansions, department expansions, refurbishment projects and resets. Candidates must have AutoCad background. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Produces all construction documents needed to execute a Store Project including but not limited to fixture, signage, seismic, merchandise, and space plans to continuously improve the design and performance of stores. Analyzes field photos and store surveys to create existing (as-built) floor plans. Evaluates proposed retail environments for operational compliance to include but not limited to stock and merchandise handling, loss prevention, and store operations. Creates and maintains all AutoCAD-based floor plans to ensure max use of space and close adherence to continuously evolving store concepts.
