Quality Control Manager - (San Antonio, TX)

Randstad is currently working with a large concrete facility in the Northeast side of San Antonio. They are looking for an individual to oversee QC staff and Field Techs with a Ready Mix background. Responsibilities: Supervising QC staff and Field Techs Designing and maintaining concrete mix designs (with or without the use of a computer) Managing daily job duties and schedules Perform/test concrete batches Coordinate with the Technical Services Director and Divisional staff to maintain job specifications and work load Work in the laboratory if needed Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Attention to detail Must be able to pass a physical exam prior to starting work Must be self-motivated Must be able to oversee large teams in numerous departments Must be willing to travel and stay overnight, out-of-town occasionally Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Driver's Report Education: High-school Background: Experienced Requirements: Must be ACI Certified
