Software QA Engineer - (Goleta, CA)

Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager, Software Quality Assurance (QA), the Software QA Engineer will ensure that the quality of product is maintained, by undertaking adequate manual as well as automated testing. The applicant will undertake various type of testing, including, but not limited to: smoke, regression, performance, end to end, black box, white box, etc. The applicant’s assignments include designing and implementing tests, as well as debugging and defining corrective actions. Moreover, the applicant will review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).
