Center Director - (Spring, TX)

Our preschool is looking for a Center Director who will be responsible for running the day to day operations, coaching and mentoring staff, assisting parents and children through their background at the center, and ensuring that we offer a premier child development background that is educational and affordable. Some of directors task will include, but not limited to the following: o Supervise all daily operations including; teachers, classrooms, scheduling, and breaks o Supervise development and implementation of curriculum in each classroom o Conduct daily center walks at the beginning of each day to greet parents, children, and employees, check in and answer any employee questions/concerns, check facility for cleanliness and any maintenance needs there may be o Conduct observations with a coaching plan for each classroom and teacher o Problem solve and address all issues as they arise within the center
