Regional Manager - (Spartanburg, SC)

This role with work with with the QS/1 family of branded pharmacy solution products and services. Are you an organized, client centric person? QS/1, a division of Smith Technologies is currently seeking a Regional Manager to support the QS/1 branded suite products and services. On a multi-state territorial basis, the Regional Manager, oversees all aspects of post-sales technical product support to include oversight of installs and hardware support. Manages customer relationships. Facilitates resolution of technical problems on all products. May assist in timely delivery and installation of new releases to users. Focuses on customer retention. Identifies opportunities for add-on sales and appropriately communicates same to sales and marketing. Typically requires up to ten years’ background in a product support environment with 2 years in management experience. Reports to the Vice President of Operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
