Community Manager - (Katy, TX)

Welcome to Sparrow Living, creators of premier Active Adult 55+ Communities currently being built across Texas. We are looking for energetic and personable applicants to fulfill the role of Community Manager for our newest community located in Cinco Ranch/Falcons Landing, a premier suburb of Katy, Texas. Position Purpose Manages and coordinates the teammates, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations. Key functions Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing and evaluating financial statements, reviewing current and projected marketing info, and accessing operational reports that establish historic and predict performance patterns.
