Maintenance Mechanic - (Prior Lake, MN)

A growing food manufacturing organization in Prior Lake is looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager! This person will have strong leadership skills and great mechanical aptitude. This position offers complete benefits, 401k, & is Direct Hire! This is a 1st shift opportunity, at times you will be on call. Pay is $70,000-100,000 a year. Responsibilities: - Preventative Maintenance -Implement and maintain continuous improvement on manufacturing equipment and floor -Managing a team of production workers -Reducing downtime -Maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on industrial equipment -Creating PM schedules -PLC troubleshooting or programming is highly preferred Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Skills: -Food industry background is a plus -Analytical skills -Background in manufacturing environment Education: No Degree Required Background: Experienced Requirements: DIRECT HIRE: 70,0000 year-100,000 year COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS AND 401K
