Maintenance Manager 1st Shift - (Greeneville, TN)

Are you looking for a position on day shift? Randstad is looking for a Maintenance Manager on first Shift. This is a direct hire position and the working hours are from seven AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities: Cooperates with Production Personnel to ensure continued operation of production schedule and quality products by keeping molding and support equipment in production readiness. Managers maintenance personnel by assigning work to employees and maintaining good work environment and discipline procedures. Managers continuous repair and maintenance of equipment through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance program and log. Leads projects for the purchase of new capital equipment, plant layout changes, productions methods improvement, process improvement, scrap reduction, and material handling improvement and maintaining repair parts inventory. Maintains compliance with safety and housekeeping rules and procedures through supervision of employees.
