Position description The Estimator is responsible for estimating various types of commercial and residential construction jobs. The Estimator builds relationships with teammates, internal and external customers, suppliers and subcontractors, and is responsible for upholding proper BECO image, culture and values at all times. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate bid specifications and drawings Estimate construction projects Prepare time, cost and labor estimates Develop subcontractor relationships Requirements and Skills Background with estimating and design software, such as AutoCAD , Timberline and Bluebeam Thorough understanding of project logistics and project schedules
