Our client is a global leader in food manufacturing with plants across the United States and Canada. They are recruiting a Permanent Full time Industrial Electrician and Controls Technician for their Plant in Fredericksburg. This Unionized Kerry Plant manufactures cheese-based dip; manufactures fluid milk Natural cheese, Processed cheese, Imitation cheese, Cheese, Eggs and egg substitutes, Milk and butter products, Dairy products and eggs. This is a first shift role. They looking for a applicant with 3+ years of experience PLC programming and control system automation, preferably in Allen Bradley Prior maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment, preferable from the Beverage, Food, or Pharmaceutical industry Electrician License preferred Strong experience and knowledge in mechanical, pneumatics, and general building repair Knowledge of sanitary design for processing and packaging for the food industry Knowledge of utility use and regulations for water, steam, electrical, etc
