Protective Security Training Specialist - (San Antonio, TX)

Purpose of Job We are currently seeking talented Protective Security Training Specialist for our San Antonio, TX facility. USAA is currently looking for an experienced Protective Security Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will conduct the development and sustainment of the protective security training program for security officers and other USAA personnel. This role will teach and administer all relevant protective security content to include protective security officer standards, provide initial security officers training in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Protective Security Training Specialist is responsible for maintaining current security instructor license and security officers’ licenses in accordance with Texas Department of Public Safety Private Bureau regulatory requirements.
