Maintenence Technician (Wingate by Wyndham) - (Sanford, NC)

Wingate by Wyndham is accepting applications for a Maintenance Worker. Members of the maintenance team work to ensure that Wingate is fully functioning and presentable for all hotel guests. Duties: Performing maintenance and repairs to facility. Execute preventative maintenance Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general maintenance. Follow all safety and security policies and procedures. Welcome all guests accordingly, anticipate and address guest service needs. Must be a proactive self-starter as well as possess a positive team attitude. Must have valid driver's license. Must be available for emergency calls at hotel during off duty hours. Must be organized with inventory and documentation. Perform other position qualifications as requested.
