Engineer I - (Kent, WA)

Do you have background performing a variety of engineering activities? The City of Kent is looking for an Engineer I to assist with the preparation of construction contract documents for a broad spectrum of projects within its Public Works Department. The perfect candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or 2 years of background along with certification as an Engineer in Training. Under the direction of the Engineering Supervisor, or designee, design and prepare construction contract documents (plans, specifications and estimates) for Public Works projects including; reports; supporting documentation; engineering analysis; and general engineering and technical assistance.
