The position will be responsible for the organization's Quality Management System and ensuring our products and services are capable of driving sustainable growth. Expectations: In this role you will be expected to acquire a thorough understanding of customer requirements and specifications in order to develop effective quality control processes and to continually review products, processes and systems to determine potential areas for improvement. You will actively participate in project meetings, submit detailed reports to company executives and maintain communication with customers to ensure their requirements are being met. You will oversee and ensure adherence to the quality audit process and act as direct supervisor to Field Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel.
