Position description: Operations Manager Background: 2-five years managing operations with multiple processes running simultaneously Compensation: Depending on Background Description: The Operations manages multiple supervisors and discrete operations running during the same time in 1 building. The OM is responsible for all physical operations under their assignment during their work hours. They are responsible for the management, development, productivity and quality of the supervisory team and their work product. Role responsibilities: Report to the General Manager Lead the output of the Supervisors under your management Coach the Supervisory staff, the leads and potential manager in your operations Ensure highest quality standards are met while working in a high volume, quick paced environment Hold all accountable for high-level of safety standards Ensure max results for quality and productivity Qualifications: Prior Operations management in Transportation; LTL, Line Haul
