Applicant must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s) Technician will travel to each client’s location Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer Works under general supervision Must be organized and provide required admin on time and as neededQualifications: CompTIA A+ Certified Preferred not required Reimaging and updating O/S background required Deskside Customer Service Support Background one years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
