Coffee Barista - (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and driven team member with a passion for making a difference in the community. The Coffee Barista’s responsibilities are to create a memorable background for our guests by providing excellent and prompt service and quality beverages, working with teammates to ensure the operations of the café are smooth and profitable, all while maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment. Coffee Baristas are also responsible for educating guests about our roasted coffees, teas, juices, and smoothies. This position is responsible for maintaining open communication on the status of the department with the Store Directors, Clerks, and Supervisor. Will be expected to set and re-set priorities, distinguish between the urgent and the important, solve problems, hold and reconcile ideas and lead program development as well as advancement strategies from conception through cultivation to completion. Job classification: Full-time/Part-time, hourly position.
