Profile The Telecommunications Specialist III provides support and direction for mission critical voice systems and related datavoice services for all business locations. The Telecommunications Specialist is responsible for telecommunication standards development, implementation of best practices, project planning and management, license and resource management, voice and data circuit planning order fulfilment and daily telecommunications maintenance and support. The Telecommunications Specialist III will need to be intimately familiar with Avaya Aura Communications Manager, Session Manager, Aura Messaging, Session Border Controller, One-X and Equinox platforms and related Avaya offerings. A good knowledge of Avaya CMS and related call center functions is a plus. The Telecommunications Specialist III will assist in the installation of Avaya or related telephone equipment and accessories and update applicable records, with some travel required on occasion.
