Yard Supervisor - (San Antonio, TX)

Position summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to move up within our company. This applicant should have some concept of productivity, time organization and management expertise. They will be leading a team of 5-7 employees and will be accountable for hourly and day results. The individual will have mechanical aptitude, consisting of reading calipers and tape measure . This person will also be responsible for communicating to their plant manager on why they hit or missed goals and develop plans to correct the situations. This applicant will be required to work Saturdays and organize tool change outs and preventative maintenance. They will work with maintenance management to solve underlying issues and learn equipment.
