Plant Production Manager - (Madison, TN)

JOB DETAILS: The Plant Production Manager is responsible for monitoring a production flow, material costs, staffing management, and plant safety in addition to training, motivating, and directing entry-level production employees. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: * Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. * Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; ensure planned key performance indication of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded. * Ensure production is cost effective. * Ensure the implementation and evolution of safety procedure. * Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. * Monitoring linen standards and implementing quality-control programs. * Maintain a clean and safe plant. * Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. * Responsible for plant production goals. * Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. * Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
