Marketing Coordinator - Garza/Bomberger & Associates The Marketing Coordinator will provide support for the Firm's marketing and business development efforts. This role provides support through the production and assembly of proposals, organization and maintenance of marketing materials, and coordination of other typical marketing-related initiatives. The successful applicant is a detail-oriented, highly motivated, creative thinker with some graphic design skills, committed to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Note: Although this position mandates some graphic design expertise, this is not a full time graphic design position. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate, develop and produce responses to business development opportunities, including but not limited to: RFQs, presentations and other interview materials Organize all material in accordance with RFQ specifications, ensuring compliance and thoroughness Coordinate with internal and external proposal teams
