Sr. Collections Specialist - Experienced Only Phenix City, AL Job Responsibilties: Most important responsibility is to collect on past due accounts. Make a high volume of collection calls and emails daily. Handle a large portfolio of commercial clients. Research and resolution in a prompt manner. Negotiate payment plans for clients within set parameters. Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions. Payment posting. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have a min of 2yrs commercial collections background. Must be proficient in Ms word. Intermediate Ms excel skills are required. Must have good communication expertise. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, work at a fast pace, have above average skills, be able to adapt to change, and have the expertise to switch gears quickly Expertise to pass a background and drug test. Education : College diploma required.
