Job Purpose:Works primarily to support the contracting and financial functions of the GovPayNet Sales Organization.? ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties:Contract Integrity Responsible for working as the final checkpoint of the integrity and accuracy of Sales contracts and amendments Identify education opportunities for sales department to ensure contracts are accurate Ensure that all systems are up to date and correctly reflect contract components through Salesforce Act as contact point for client contracting process Work as a liaison between Sales, Legal, and Implementation/Project Management for accuracy and smooth implementation of services Database Validation Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data residing in Salesforce
