Skills To be successful in this role, yoursquoll need about 3-five years of ability in the following bull PC, Linux, Mac hardware and software support bull Asset management tools like Jamf andor LANDesk - Installed, configured, and updated Linux machines - Resolve system errors, disk space problems and file system full errors bull LaptopDesktop imaging background - Maintains an up-to-date technical and practical knowledge and understanding of hardware and software analysis and troubleshooting - Problem Management, including communication procedures during problem resolution bull Backup and desktop encryption software (McAfee, Bitlocker, etc.) bull Active Directory administration and support bull Network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, wireless) bull Knowledge of AV equipment (Polycom, Skype for Business, Zoom) bull Mobile Device managerial background bull Familiar with Collaboration Tools (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive
