What You Will Be Doing -Test stand PLC and control software programming -Test stand design; especially from a controls and electrical wiring perspective -Maintain Test Lab equipment, keep organized records -New tool and fixture designs related to controls and programs -Analyze test data -Write test reports and determine appropriate action based on results -Troubleshoot Lab equipment -Tooling calibrations -Execute test plans as required -Assist in troubleshooting work on mechanical type projects as the need arises -Train Test Lab technicians on equipment operation -Assist Design Engineering in writing and reviewing test plans -Create new work instructions for Test Lab processes -Verify test setups and test programs prior to the start of testing What You Need for this Position
