Field Sales Engineer - (Sacramento, CA)

JOB SUMMARY: * Responsible for driving the overall sell thru revenue with IBM in the territory by market segments/product category * Responsible for increasing the strategic value of the Broadcom brand in IBM and regional IBM accounts * Build and deliver comprehensive sales, marketing and training programs for IBM within the region * Engage and assist in developing regional based IBM Business Partners and distributor sales activities * Responsible for rolling out and tailoring worldwide programs with IBM in territory * Build & maintain key high-level executive relationships within IBM regional sales * Be on top of the actions of competition in the assigned region, develop and execute effective blocking actions * Identify opportunities for new business or expansion into untapped markets with IBM and business partners and communicate resource needs to address these opportunities with the local Broadcom sales teams and executive management
